Each ISR system is installed by skilled and certified teams, with extensive experience working with vehicles of all types: private vehicles, engineering mechanical equipment, trucks, boats, yachts, small aircraft, etc. This is in light of the understanding that each vehicle is different in nature and structure, and with the aspiration that the system will be integrated seamlessly, will streamline ongoing use, and will provide maximum reliability from day one.
Technical failures and theft attempts do not only occur during business hours, and therefore the ISR hotline is available to our customers from all over the world at all hours of the day: from remote troubleshooting, to providing immediate training, to sending a field team if necessary. This enables a rapid process of detection, tracking and recovery, which has already led to a number of proven successes in the field. Also, when the vehicle is located in the territory of the State of Israel, every effort will be made to return it to its owner by a representative on our behalf.

In the event of a malfunction, we are available with an immediate response: rapid diagnosis, remote resolution whenever possible, and, if necessary, sending a qualified technician to the field.
